摘要
用WAXD,SAXS研究了聚醋酸乙烯(PVAc)醇解纺丝过程中不同部位和不同干热拉伸倍数的聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维的聚集态结构。证明该法所得到的初生纤维为凝胶态,随干热拉伸倍数增加,取向度和结晶度随之增大。经高倍拉伸后,晶粒变得细长,且沿纤维轴取向,晶区和非晶区电子密度差减少,长周期增大、纤维中分子链趋近于伸直链结晶结构。
The structure of PVA fibers at different stage during alcoholysis spinning of PVAc at different draw ratios was investigated by means of WAXD and SAXS. The resulting as spun fibers are in the gel state. The degree of orientation and crystallinity increase while increasing the draw ratio. After being high drawn, crystals, oriented in parallel to the fiber axis, become thin and long. The difference in the electron density at the crystalline and amorphous regions reduces. The long period extends and molecular chains exhibit extended chains configuration.
