摘要
通过广角X射线衍射(WAXD)研究了聚2,6-萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)在不同温度与时间下的结晶行为。结果表明,PEN的结晶能力比PET差,磷酸酯的添加对PEN有异相成核的作用,添加了热稳定剂的PEN比未添加热稳定剂的PEN的高温结晶完善性好。在所研究范围内,PEN只存在一种结晶相,未出现晶相转变。
Crystallization behavior of poly(ethylene naphthalene)(PEN) under different temperature and time was studied by means of WAXD. The results show that crystallization ability of PEN is not so good as PET because additive phosphate makes PEN out of phase crystallization. High temperature crystallization property of PEN with additive thermal stabilizer is better than that of PEN without additive thermal stabilizer. In the studying range, there is only one crystal modification, no crystal modification changeover.
