摘要
介绍了新型的条槽剥离型动态混合器。该混合器对熔体物料具有剪切、剥离、分流等作用,实现了对熔体物料的空间混合。对此种装置在产量、功耗、温升及混合性能方面与球窝型动态混合器进行了比较。结果证明,条槽剥离型动态混合器走一种合理的、理想的高粘流体混合装置。
A new dynamic mixer with the structure of striped channels is introduced, which can realize spatial mixing of melt materials because of its function of exerting shear, stripping and distributing melt flow. Compared with spherical cavity mixer , the efficiency , energy consumption , temperature increment and mixing quality of the newly invented mixer has been investigated. The results indicates that the new mixer is an ideal mixing apparatus for high viscous fluids。
