摘要
提出采用流动注射-氢化物发生-冷原子吸收光谱法测定废水中汞(Ⅱ),在优化的试验条件和合适的样品酸度及硼氢化钾浓度存在下,汞的检出限(3S/N)为0.006μg·L^-1,并用标准加入法作回收试验,得出回收率在94.0%~101.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.86%~4.61%之间。
The FI-hydride generator was used in combination with the atomic absorption spectrometer for cold vapor AAS determination of Hg( Ⅱ ) in waste water. Under the optimum conditions of acidity of sample solution, concentration of KBH4 added and operation parameters of the instrument, value of detection limit (3S/N) of this method attained to 0. 006 9g·L^-1. Recovery of the method was tested by the standard addition method, and the results obtained were in the range of 94. 0% to 101.0% with values of RSD's (n=6) ranged from 3. 9% to 4. 7%.
