摘要
目的分析前列腺摘除术后排尿困难的原因。方法回顾性分析17例前列腺摘除术后排尿困难病例资料。结果其中后尿道狭窄8例,逼尿肌功能障碍2例,尿道内口闭锁2例,后唇瓣膜2例,腺体残留、增生复发和前列腺癌各1例。结论尿道狭窄是术后排尿困难的主要原因,尿流动力学检查对术后症状的分析,指导治疗有重要价值。
Objective Tanalyze The causes of dysuria after prostatectomy. Methods 17causes of dysuria after prostatectomy were studied retrospectively. Results Among them 8were urethral stricture. 2 bladder detrusor dysfunction. 2 urethral obliteration ,2 posterior urethral valve adenomatous remnant, recurrence of prostatic hyperplasia and prostatie carcinoma in each 1. Conclusion Urethral stricture was a major causes of the dysuria after prostateetomy, urodynamics examination would play an important role in analyzing it1 the symptoms after prostatectomy and guiding treatment.
