摘要
本文讨论了在巯基乙酸异辛酯合成新工艺中，使用N－1固体酸作催化剂．直接从一氯醋酸异辛酯合成巯基乙酸异辛酯，过程中无H2S产生，减少了环境污染，降低了成本，提高了产品纯度，是一种安全清洁的工艺。
In this article, we describe the synthetic new process of isooctyl mercaptoacetate which use N-1 solid acid as catalyst of reaction. ln this process, isooctyl mercaptoacetate is synthesized directly from chloroacetate ester and don' t produce H2S, no pollution, low cost, high purity of product. It is both safe and clean process.
