摘要
首先介绍了呼吸机系统组成和电路结构,分析了反电势法无刷直流电机控制系统的原理和反电势检测的难点,并阐述了起动过程中的要点。为了消除由PWM调制引入的高频干扰,给出了两种反电势的检测方法,实验结果证明了其可行性。
The system architeeture and eircuit of ventilator is firstly introduced, the principle and difficulty on the measurement of hack-EMF in the sensorless BLDC control system is analyzed. The key point on the starting process is also expatiated. The two methods on the measurement of baek-EMF for eliminating the high-frequency interfere by PWM eontrol signal is given. The experiment results show the feasibility.
