摘要
在不添加小分子缓凝剂的条件下研究了聚羧酸系高效减水剂与脂肪族系、三聚氰胺系、萘系等高效减水剂的复合效应,制得三种复合型减水剂。结合1d龄期硬化水泥浆体XRD、SEM、IR分析,研究了复合减水剂对水泥水化速率的影响,并通过水泥颗粒表面的ζ电位经时变化,探讨了复合减水剂的作用机理。此外,还测试了复合减水剂的水泥净浆性能及混凝土性能。
Effcets of polycarboxylic water reducer compounded respectively with aliphatic series, melamine series and naphthalene series were studied without low-molecular weight retarder added, hence three kinds of compounded water reducer were prepared. Effects of compounded water reducers on hydration rate of ld hardened cement paste were researched by XRD, SEM, IR analyses. Mechanism of these water reducers was discussed according to elapsed time change of ζ potential on cement particle surface. Some properties of cement paste and concrete with the compounded water reducer were also tested.
