63例脑出血急性期空腹血糖及乳酸脱氢酶表达关系的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测脑出血急性期患者空腹血糖及乳酸脱氢酶的表达量,探讨其临床意义。方法收集本院诊治的63例脑出血患者作为观察组,临床资料完整,检测其空腹血糖及乳酸脱氢酶的表达,分析其在不同临床特征及不同预后中表达的意义。选取同期正常成人20例作为对照组。结果脑出血患者急性期空腹血糖及乳酸脱氢酶的表达量明显高于对照组,重型脑出血患者的空腹血糖及乳酸脱氢酶的表达量明显高于轻、中型组,死亡组脑出血患者空腹血糖及乳酸脱氢酶的表达量明显高于存活组。结论脑出血急性期空腹血糖及乳酸脱氢酶的表达量升高,可能与患者的预后相关。 Objective To detect the expressions of fasting blood glucose and dehydrogenase, study their clinical significance in patients of acute cerebral hemorrhage, for accumulating clinical experience and directing the clinical work. Methods The experiment included 63 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients as observation group and 20 cases of normal adults as control group. We detected the expressions of fasting blood glucose and dehydrogenase in different clinical characteristics and prognosis. Results The expressions of fasting blood glucose and dehydrogenase were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group. The expressions of fasting blood glucose and dehydrogenase were obviously higher in the severe group than in the mild and moderate group. The expressions of fasting blood glucose and dehydrogenase were obviously higher in the death group than in the survival group. Conclusion The expressions of fasting blood glucose and dehydrogenase are up-regulated in the acute cerebral hemorrhage patients, may be correlated with prognosis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
