摘要
针对燃气-蒸气联合循环机组余热锅炉高压汽包水位在启动工况下因测量干扰波动较大,而多次导致跳机的现象,深入剖析了高压汽包上升管布置对水位测量产生的影响,在不改变汽包结构的前提下,对水位水侧取样开孔加装稳流装置,从而消除了负压侧干扰对水位测量的影响,有效改善了机组运行的稳定性。
Measurement data of HP drum level fluctuated drastically because of disturbed signal when HRSG started up, and led unit to trip several times. The article deeply analyzes the effect of HP raise-pipe arrangement on water level measurement. Engineers opened a sampling hole on water side and installed a current stabilized device without changing drum structure. The measurement fluctuation because of negative pressure side disturbance was eliminated effectively.
