人的主体性理论、人本主义教育思想以及"文化人"假设的理论等充分显示大学德育创新的根本在于"以人为本"。当前大学德育弱效的原因有德育价值不可选择、德育内容远离生活、德育过程缺乏沟通、德育评价简单划一等。因此大学德育创新的原则策略在于坚持发展性原则,促进德育目标的重申与反思;坚持开放性原则,加强德育内容的整合与选择;坚持互动性原则,重视德育方法的探索和创新;坚持规范性原则,追求德育评价的优化和实效。
