摘要
随着时间的推移,西方科技系统中的文化力量、经济力量和政治力量逐渐达到均衡,在科技与三种力量以及三种力量彼此之间的耦合与互动中,孕育出一场信息科技革命。计算机信息网络的日益扩大使反集权的网络民主日益增强,为微观个体的科技创新迅速获得社会认同,搭建了一个广阔的平台,昭示着科研社会化的趋势。信息科技对传统产业改造的日益深入,使科学技术更加趋向一体化。
As time passes by, the powers of culture, economy and politics have gradually arrived at the balance in science and technology system of the western countries. The informational revolution of sci- ence and technology was conceived in the nonlinear interaction between science and technology and the three kinds of powers as well as among the three kinds of powers. The information net of computers gradually extends which gradually enhances internet democracy and provides the broad terrace for the microcosmic unit of which technological innovation will soon be approved by the society. With information science and technology deeply reforming the traditional industries, furthermore, science and technology tends to unify.
