摘要
结合某光学洁净厂房的工程实例,从系统结构设计、功能实现、设备选型等几个方面来分析集散型自控系统在洁净厂房中的应用,并探讨通过自控技术达到节能的方法。该系统已投入运行多年,效果良好。
With an actual project of an optical clean room, analyses of the application of distributed control system in clean room are based on such factors as the design of system structure, functional implementation, and the selection of equipment. And it also explores energy - saving ways of the adoption of automatic control technology. The system has been in good operation for many years.
