摘要
排气阀在高温环境下工作,对内燃机的应用可靠性及使用寿命有着重要的影响。针对轻12V180型柴油机,分析排气阀的工作环境,计算了柴油机排气阀等效的热边界载荷,结合有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立热模型进行排气阀温度场分析,为排气阀工作负荷状况的改善与优化设计提供了理论依据。
Exhaust valve works in high -temperature environments and has an important impact on the reliability of the internal combustion engine and its service life. To gain the equivalent thermal boundary load, analysis for 12V180 diesel engine of the valve and its working environment was operated. Based on the calculation results, the heat conduction model was built up to analyze the temperature field of exhaust valve with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, which provides a theoretical basis and a reference for the improvement of exhaust valve's workload and the optimization of the design.
