摘要
介绍一套“有源法”光时域反射计（ＯＴＤＲ）衰减特性检定装置。对参考量值采取自标定的方法，用一种串联替代法实现对高重复性衰减器３．０１０ｄＢ值的准确标定。该装置检定灵活性强，对ＯＴＤＲ衰减特性检定的不确定度优于０．０２ｄＢ／ｄＢ（９５％置信度）。
狝n OTDR attenuation calibration apparatus is developed. Used as a reference, the 3.010dB attenuation of a high repeatability optical attenuator is calibrated using a self-calibration method in a serial substitute way. The apparatus is flexible for calibrating OTDR, the uncertainty attained is better than 0.02dB/dB (95% confidence level).
