摘要
目的：探讨颈动脉狭窄行翻转式颈动脉内膜切除术（eCEA）患者围术期的护理方法。方法：对21例颈动脉狭窄患者行eCEA,并给予精心术前、术后护理。结果：本组手术均顺利进行,术中颈动脉阻断时间17-25 min,平均19.7min。最早病例已随访3个月,无手术并发症发生。结论：对颈动脉狭窄患者行eCEA安全、有效,精心围术期护理,可确保手术顺利进行,减少并发症发生。
Objective： To explore perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of carotid stenosis through eversion carotid endarterectomy （eCEA）. Methods： eCEA was applied to the 21 patients with carotid stenosis, and the careful preoperative and postoperative nursing care was given to all the patients. Results： The operations were carried out smoothly and interrupted block time of carotid artery in operation was 17 - 25 minutes, averagely 19.7 minutes. No surgical complications occurred according to the follow - up for 3 months. Conclusion： The eCEA is safe and effective in the treatment of carotid stenosis. Strengthened perioperative nursing care can ensure the smooth conduct of surgery and reduce complications.
