摘要
对按需施教之"需"的理解和落实问题、干部教育培训的目标定位问题、干部教育培训方式方法的选择问题是干部教育培训改革创新过程中的重要问题,干部教育培训工作的组织者和实施者需要对这些问题进行认真反思、深入研究,并贯彻到培训工作中去。
In the innovation and reform of the cadre development and training, there still exist some fundamental issues such as "what education and training for cadres should be offered? ", "What measures are necessary to guarantee quality education and training for cadres?", "What kind of training institutions should be established and how to run these institutions well?" . The organizers and implementers responsible for the cadre education and training programs should carefully study these issues so as to achieve an accurate understanding of them and to effectively implement the training policy.
