摘要
日本地方银行自20世纪初成立以来,其经营就与所在地区的经济紧密相连,资金主要来源于当地,又主要用之于当地,因此有"故乡银行"的美誉。日本地方银行在长期的发展过程中,积累了许多宝贵的经验教训,其经营战略稳健而又不乏创新。地方银行作为日本中小商业银行的典型代表,显示了强大的生命力与良好的发展态势。合并重组与战略调整是现阶段日本地方银行的发展主题。
Since the establishment of the Japan＇s local bank in the early 20th century, the operation is closely linked with the local economy. Funds mainly come from local and are mainly used for local. Therefore, local banks enjoy good reputation as ＂hometown banks＂. In the long-term development process, Japan＇s local banks, have gained many valuable experiences, sound operation strategy. Japan＇s local banks, as typical representatives of the small and medium sized commercial banks, have shown strong vitality and good momentum of development. Merger, reorganization and strategic adjustment are the subjects of local banks in Japan at present.
