摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT及其后处理功能在鼻骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法:对128例鼻外伤病例采用16层螺旋CT扫描并进行多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积重建(VR),评价有无骨折和对骨折分型。结果:128例鼻外伤中,确诊鼻骨骨折122例,排除鼻骨骨折6例。122例骨折病例中单纯线型骨折47例,粉碎性骨折75例;单纯性鼻骨骨折32例,鼻骨骨折伴有骨缝分离6例,鼻骨复合性骨折84例。结论:多层螺旋CT及其后处理功能在鼻骨骨折诊断中具有实用价值。
Objective:To explore the application value of multiple-slice spiral CT(MSCT) and post-processing reconstruction in the diagnaosis of the nasal fracture.Methods: 128 eases of nasal trauma were exanfined by MSCT and MPR, MIP and VR images were obtained. The final images were analyzed to verify and classify the nasal fracture respectively. Results:Of 128 cases of nasal trauma, 122 cases were confirmed nasal fracture and 6 cases were excluded. In 122 cases of nasal fractures, simple fracture of nasal bone was found in 32, fracture with separation of nasoffontal suture in 6, and compound fractures in 84. Conclusion: MSCT and image reconstruction can be helpfulfor the confirmation or exclusion of the nasal fractures.
