芳香烃受体:Treg和Th17细胞分化的“调节器” 被引量:2

摘要 芳香烃受体(AhR)不仅可介导芳香烃类化合物的毒性反应,还参与一些重要的生物学过程,其中AhR在免疫系统中的作用日益被关注。Treg和Th17的分化相互抑制,并且在功能上负性调节。Treg能够抑制自身免疫性疾病的发生,而Th17则诱导以慢性炎症为损失机制的自身免疫病。现今发现,AhR以配体依赖的方式调节Treg和Th17细胞分化。AhR的特殊作用使其已然成为免疫治疗中的新靶点。
