金融危机横扫全球,珠三角深受重创。继信息产业后的全球新一轮高科技产业升级——世界生物技术革命已经开始,珠三角不能仅停留在夕阳性的"三来一补"和产业承接上,而应大力发展生物产业和生物产业集群,抢占21世纪世界生物技术革命历史机遇,实施珠三角"生物产业强区"战略,把生物产业培育为战略支柱产业,这是落实《珠三角地区改革发展规划纲要》、完成产业结构升级自主高级化、实现可持续发展、纳入世界经济大循环的必然选择。
The spread of the world financial crisis has already given the Pearl River Delta a heavy strike. Following the flourishing of IT industry, a new high-tech industry-bio-tech industry has arisen in the new 21st century. The Pearl River Delta area should not remain in its original sunset industry, such as raw materials processing and manufacturing industries, but should also develop its bio-tech industry and its clusters. Only in this way, can the area catch the golden historical opportunity of the world＇s bio-tech revolution, thus realizing its strategy of ＂regional strengthening with bio-tech industry development＂. It is a necessary choice for the area to implement ＂the Outline of the Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta＂, thus accomplishing the industrial structural upgrade, realizing sustainable development, and encompassing the Pearl River Delta into a bigger circle.of the world economy.
