摘要
文章以安全工程风险评估的理论为依据，在全面分析化工项目主要环境风险影响因素的基础上，采用定性和定量相结合的评价方法，构建出一种化工项目环境风险综合评估的数学模型。
Based on the theory of safety risk evaluate and the comprehensive analysis of the major environmental risk factors for chemical engineering projects, the paper structures a mathematic model in environmental risk comprehensive assessment of chemical engineering projects.
