摘要
毛泽东评价斯大林是一个引人注目的重大历史事件。毛泽东是站在人民的立场上对斯大林进行评价的,评价的目的在于吸取经验教训,而不是追究个人的过错;他用了历史唯物主义的方法进行评价,且态度慎重、方式多样。较苏共"20大"以前,毛泽东对斯大林的评价更为实事求是。但由于时代的局限,毛泽东没有完全弄清楚什么是社会主义,所以,在评价斯大林时有强加于人和干涉别国内政之嫌,且带有某些情绪化的因素;毛泽东在为斯大林辩护时有些过度。这些情形在当时历史条件下是可以理解的,因为毛泽东评价斯大林的着眼点是社会主义的前途和国际共产主义运动的团结。毛泽东对历史人物评价的方法为后来邓小平科学评价毛泽东提供了范例和经验。
Mao Ze-dong＇s evaluation on Stalin is a noticeable matter in the history of contemporary China, and the history of international communist movement. Mao Zedong＇s evaluation on Stalin is based on the interests of people. The aim of evaluation is to learn lessons, but not hold someone＇s fault. He used the method of historical materialism and the combination of the history and argumentation to evaluate Stalin. The attitude of evaluation is careful. But because of the historical limitation, Mao Zedong had some tendencies to force others to accept his viewpoint on evaluation of Stalin and to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries. But the method of Mao Zedong＇s evaluation on Stalin gave us some lessons about how to evaluate historic figures.
