摘要
农村奖励扶助制度是一项民心工程、德政工程,是政府为百姓做出的暖人心、得人心的实事、好事,新政策以人为本,得到群众的拥护与支持,有利于基层政府组织职能向服务型政府转变,从而有利于稳定、和谐局面的形成。在对巢湖市农村部分家庭扶助制度的基本情况、主要做法、实施成效及其存在问题调研的基础上,对巢湖市今后完善此项制度提出了切合实际的建设性意见。
That rural area is encouraged and rewarded helping system is one popular feelings project , benevolent rule the project, is that the government is warm popular feeling , popular reality thing , good deed that common people does out , new policy is people-oriented, supporting and support getting the masses, beneficial to the grass-roots unit government organizes the function formation to stable , harmonious aspect thereby beneficial to serving type government turn around. Fundamental condition , main method of work helping system to my city rural area part family have written the main body of a book with putting effect into practice and having the problem surveying , perfect this item system has brought forward the constructive idea suiting the actual condition of to my city in the days to come.
