在高炉喷吹的制粉系统中，球磨机发生堵塞，除了影响高炉正常喷煤外，还会使煤粉泄露，造成资源浪费，严重时，如果处理不及时会造成严重的安全事故。通过对球磨机堵塞原因进行分析。采取了相应的措施，有效地降低了球磨机堵塞现象，为高炉喷煤创造良好的条件。
