摘要
对沙钢5800m^3高炉炉体系统的工艺技术特点进行了阐述。以"先进、实用、可靠、经济、环保"为原则,结合现代高炉炼铁技术的特点,在高炉炉体设计中采用了一系列先进、长寿的技术,特别是在高炉内型、炉体框架、冷却设备、冷却系统、高炉内衬的选用及各种检测手段的设计上更加完善、合理。
The paper expounds the process technical features of 5 800 m3 blast furnace stack system in Shagang. Following the concept of "Advanced, Practical, Reliable, Economical and Environment Friendly" , a series of advanced and long campaign technologies are employed with respect to technical features of ironmaking by modern blast furnace. Particularly, adoption of inner profile of blast furnace, furnace stack framework, cooling equipment and system, furnace lining and various measurement devices offers more reliable and complete production of the blast.
