摘要 研究了全机坠撞环境下的乘员动态响应模拟技术,根据分析结果评价和辅助现有机型的抗坠毁设计,发现对抗坠毁设计不利的因素。文章首先建立了用于全机坠撞分析的Hybrid Ⅲ型标准假人模型;其次,结合多刚体动力学和瞬态非线性有限元分析技术,从仿真分析角度研究了轻型飞机在纵向坠撞条件下的结构耐撞性和乘员动态响应过程。假人动态响应的分析结果表明:在飞机纵向坠撞过程中,乘员有可能受到严重头部和腿部伤害。根据分析结果找出了不利于乘员保护的因素,提出了座椅约束系统的设计改进方案。最后通过分析手段检验了设计修改的可靠性。 The occupant simulation under crash scenarios is made and the analytical results are used to evaluate and assist the crashworthiness design of the aircraft. Disadvantageous features of aircraft crashworthiness are founded based on the analytical results. A model of hybrid III dummy for the crash simulation is developed. The multi-rigid body dynamics is combined with the transient nonlinear finite element method to evaluate the crashworthiness of the aircraft and simulate responses of the occupant. Analytical results show that the head and the legs of the occupant suffer seriously injures when the aircraft is under a longitudinal crash scenarios. The crashworthiness of the light aircraft is evaluated by analytical methods and the unfavourable factors of the aircraft are obtained. Modifications for the seat/restraint system are proposed to improve the protection of the seat system for the occupants. The validation of the modification is demonstrated by analytical results.
