摘要
目的:了解深圳市MSM人群不使用安全套原因,为行为干预提供依据。方法:采用统一设计的调查问卷对MSM人群进行调查。结果:调查对象平均年龄27.9岁,来自全国各地,未婚居多,文化程度相对较高,安全套使用率低,过去1年每次性行为均使用安全套的比例为20.5%,同性性行为不使用安全套的原因主要有:对方是稳定的性伴侣和爱人、对方年轻看起来没病、对方没有滥交。结论:深圳MSM危险性行为普遍,安全套使用率低,艾滋病极有可能在此人群中流行,应尽快采取预防措施。
Objectives： To learn Condom- use among MSM so as to provide scientific basis for prevention in Shenzhen. Methods： Cross - sectional survey was conduct and standardized questionnaire was used on individual case. Results： The average age of MSM was 27.9 years- old. They came from 26 provinces of China. 20. 5 per cent of the participants insist using condoms with their sex partners every time in the past year. The main reasons of not insist using condom with male sex partners included that they were fixed partners, young and healthy, befaithful and so etc. Conclusion： High risk sexual behaviors and low condom- use rate among MSM could be potential HIV epidemic risk. It was imperative to carry out interventions.
