摘要
互补品必须与基础品配套才能被消费,所以,生产互补品的企业对互补品定价就必须考虑它的基础品的价格。基础品的价格、互补品的质量和网络效应都会对互补品的定价决策产生较大的影响。在建立两种产品、两种市场结构、有无网络效应的四个基本模型的基础上,分析了在不同的市场结构下互补品的质量和网络效应对利润的影响,并得出提高互补品质量有利于提高基础品的价格等结论。
Complementary goods only can be consumed along with base goods, so its pricing is inseparable from that of base goods. The price of base goods, the quality of complementary goods and network effects mean a lot to the pricing policy decision. Based on four basic models of two kinds of products, two market structures and existing or non-existing network effects, this paper analyses how the quality of complementary goods and network effects influence the gain of benefits and concludes that to improve the quality may help improve the price of base goods.
