摘要
文章主要介绍了转向架构架焊接工艺补偿量计算系统的开发,通过将该系统对HXD1B型机车构架侧梁焊接收缩变形的计算,与实际焊接时产生的收缩变形尺寸进行对比,进而验证该系统的准确性。
This paper mainly presents how to exploit the system of bogie frame welding technics redeeming. According to compare the result of frame longitudinal beam welding distortion of type HXolB locomotive using the system calculating with the true welding distortion, it validates the veracity of system.
