摘要
目的:观察季德胜蛇药对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致小鼠慢性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:48只小鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组、模型组、蛇药1组、蛇药2组。除正常组外余3组小鼠均经皮下注射40%CCl45ml/kg,蛇药治疗组自造模日起分别给予相应剂量的蛇药干预。实验5周后,以全自动生化分析仪检测实验小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基酸转移酶(AST)水平,光镜下观察各组小鼠肝脏病理改变。结果:与模型组比较,蛇药组能明显降低CCl4慢性肝损伤小鼠血清中ALT、AST水平(P<0.01)。模型组小鼠肝组织大量炎性细胞浸润,肝细胞水样变性及坏死,有类假小叶形成,蛇药组的肝脏病变程度均较模型组明显减轻且无类假小叶形成。结论:季德胜蛇药对CCl4所致小鼠慢性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To validate the protective role of Jidesheng Sheyao in antagonizing chronic hepatic injury caused by carbon tetraehloride (CC14). Methods :48 mice were randomly divided into four groups:normal control group ,model group, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2. All the mice except those in the normal control group were subcutaneously administrated with 40% carbon tetraehloride (5ml/kg) ,the two doses treatment groups were intragastriely fed with Jidesheng Sheyao for five weeks. After five weeks ,the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)of the mice' s serum were monitored with automatic biochemistry analyzer. The pathologic changes of hepatic tissue were observed with light microscope. Results:Compared with model group mice, the level of the ALT and AST were decreased in the two treatment groups (P〈0.01). There was much inflammatory cell filtration, degeneration and necrosis in liver tissue, and false lobular formation in the model group. In comparison to the model group, the level of chronic hepatic damage was improved in two doses threatment of Jidesheng Sheyao and none of false lobular formation. Conclusion: Jidesheng Sheyao shows significant protective action on chronic hepatic damage of mouse liver eansed by carbon tetrachloride.
