摘要
针对目前手动调整卫星姿态运动仿真设备气浮台时,调节时间过长而且平台浮起部分摆动周期过短的问题,提出了三自由度气浮台自动平衡技术。本文重点推导了三自由度气浮台自动平衡力学公式,使用Simulink对该系统进行运动学建模,并对平衡过程进行了数值仿真。仿真结果得到了平台的角速度的运动曲线以及气浮台重心位置变化图,表明我们可通过测量平台的角速度和角度大小及周期来确定平台的不平衡力矩。
Aiming at the disadvantage of current means of manual balancing control for triaxial air bearing table, the technology of automatic balancing is presented so as to offset the long time adjusting and short swinging period of the platformThis paper describe the technology of automatic balancing and the equations of kinetics are derivedl At the same time, using the software Simulink, we obtained the motion curves of velocity of the table and the change of the gravity center position. The results indicate that we can make sure the unbalance torque of the table according to the range.
