摘要
基于我国路桥混凝土腐蚀现状和防护措施,详细阐述不改变混凝土外观的浸渍防水保护的两种系列产品。并以上海中环线工程为例,介绍了D-125有机硅浸渍防水剂的防水原理和防水效果。该防水剂涂装后的混凝土表面具有明显憎水效果,可以显著降低混凝土结构表面的吸水率,涂装4年后混凝土表面吸水率仅为未作涂装的5%。
The corrosion of road and bridge concrete and protection method are introduced in China, including two kinds of protection agents, which could protect concrete structure without changing the appeanmce. Taking Shanghai Middle Ring Road project as example, the principle and effect of D-125 as a waterproof agent are described. Sur（ace of concrete has obvious hydrophobic effect when D-125 is used. Four years passing, the water absorption ratio of the concrete surface obviously reduced to 5% of the water absorption ratio before using D-12.5.
