摘要
随着自动化、数字化技术在航空制造业的广泛应用,特种工艺设备、加工过程和操作方式也逐渐由手工、机械化向数控、自动化逐步演化。如何对这些先进的数控特种工艺进行有效质量控制与管理,对飞机的研制和生产而言意义十分重大。本文选取喷丸、焊接、热处理和表面处理等数控特种工艺,重点对数控特种工艺质量控制要素进行了分析,并介绍了西飞公司数控/自动化特种工艺质量控制的应用情况和实施效果。
With extensive use of the automatic, digital technology in the aviation industry, special process equipment, process and operation have been gradually changed from manual/mechanical to CNC/automatic. It has significance that how to carry out special quality control and effective management for the development and production of the aircraft. This paper puts emphasis on analysis the quality control factors of CNC/automatic special process, such as shot peening, welding, heat treatment and surface treatment. The application of the quality control of CNC/automatic special process and implementation results in XAC are introduced in this paper.
