摘要
为提高多能域耦合平面连杆机构动态静力分析的效率及可靠性,提出了回转键合图法。阐述了建立平面连杆机构键合图模型的一般方法及其动力学原理。基于回转键合图推导出便于计算机自动生成的完整形式的系统驱动力矩及运动副约束反力的统一公式,有效地克服了微分因果关系及非线性结型结构所带来的十分困难的代数问题,实现了计算机自动建模。实际算例表明了所述方法的有效性。
For the sake of enhancing the efficiency and relia-bility of modelling and simulation on the muhi-energy domains cou- pling planar multi-body dynamic system, the gyrobondgraph method was put forward. The common method and its dynamics principle for establishing the bond-graph model of planar multi-body system were expounded. On the basis of gyrobondgraph the unified formulae convenient for the computer to generate automatically the equation of systematic state and the constraint eounterforce equation of moving pairs have been derived, thus overcame the algebraic difficulties on system automatic modelling and simulation brought about by differentiation on the causality and the nonlinear junction typed structure. The stated method was especially suitable for the multi-energy domains coexistence system. The effectiveness of this method was explained by means of a living example.
