地黄寡糖对2型糖尿病大鼠降脂作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究地黄寡糖(ROS)对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂的影响,探讨其可能的作用机理。方法:制备食饵性高脂2型糖尿病大鼠模型,洛伐他汀(Lov)为阳性对照药物,观察地黄寡糖对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂的影响。结果:与Lov组相比,ROS组有明显降低空腹胰岛素,改善胰岛素抵抗;与模型组(DM)相比,ROS组及Lov组均可明显降低2型糖尿病伴高血脂大鼠TG、TC、LDL-C水平,升高HDL-C水平。结论:ROS可明显降低2型糖尿病伴高血脂大鼠血糖,也可明显降低空腹胰岛素,改善胰岛素抵抗的作用;ROS能明显改善2型糖尿病伴高血脂大鼠脂质代谢紊乱。 Objective :To investigate the effets of ROS on blood lipid and sugar streptozocin-treated diabetic rats and to discus possible mechanism. Methods: The rat model of type 2 diabetes was established, lovastatin served as positive control drugs. Results:Compared with lovastatin group, ROS group significantly lowered fasting insulin, and improved the role of insulin resistance; Compared with DM group, ROS group and lovastatin group significantly lowered TG.TC.LDL-C and improved HDL-C of the rat model of type 2 diabetes. Conclusion: ROS significantly lower blood sugar and lower fasting insulin, and improve the role of insulin resistance;ROS can significantly improve the lipid metabolism disorder of the rat of type 2 diabetes withhyperlipidemia.
