摘要
石南油田属于低渗透砂岩储层,经过多年开采后储层堵塞严重,迫切需要进行深部解堵。根据储集层物性特征及敏感性分析,确定化学缓速酸为该地区的酸化体系。通过比较不同缓速酸的溶蚀能力,筛选出一种缓速酸体系SN12(10%盐酸+5%色胺酸+3%腐植酸),并对酸液添加剂配方进行了优选。岩心模拟酸化实验结果表明,注入SN12缓速酸后,随着酸岩反应时间的延长,岩心渗透率大幅度提高;且随着缓速酸注入量的增加,酸化效果大幅度提高;动态长岩心酸化效果评价结果表明,SN12缓速酸的深部酸化改造效果明显。
After many years of production,the permeability of the reservoir formation in block Shinan has been severely reduced.Physical properties and sensitivity of the reservoir formations were analyzed in an effort to find an approach to recover the formation permeability.It was decided to use retarded acids as a treatment.A retarded acid formulation SN12(10% hydrochloric acid+5% tryptophan+3% humic acid) was designed for use in the acidification treatment.Core tests showed that after injecting SN12 into the cores used,core permeability was greatly increased with time,and the more the acid used,the greater the recovery of the core permeability.Dynamic acidification test on lone cores showed that SN12 has an apparent effect on deep acidification.
