摘要
青海涩北气田位于柴达木盆地东部三湖地区,平均海拔2 700 m左右,地表为盐碱滩,寸草不生。该气田的井存在地层缩径严重、起下钻遇阻遇卡、盐水侵、井漏频繁、测井一次成功率低、钻井速度慢等钻井技术难题。为加快建设高原千万吨级油气田,开展了青海涩北气田优快钻井技术项目,研究了由高矿化度地层复合盐水配制的强包被聚合物钻井液技术,并在涩北气田第四系含盐地层试验成功,形成了配套的钻井液配制工艺和维护处理技术措施。该钻井液具有优异的包被抑制能力,解决了制约涩北气田钻井提速的起下钻遇阻遇卡、测井一次成功率低等技术瓶颈,对提高涩北气田钻井速度、保护产层、加快气田开发等方面起到了一定的促进作用。
Sebei gas field is located in Qaidam Basin in Qinghai and has an average sea level of 2,700 m.The surface of this gas field is covered with a salina and no vegetation can be found in this area.Wells drilled in this gas field have encountered several kinds of downhole problems such as severe tight hole,drag and pipe sticking during trip,saltwater cut,frequent mud losses,difficulties in well logging and low ROP etc.Field analysis and laboratory study showed that the formation saltwater has a high salinity and can be used in formulating polymer drilling fluids.One inhibitive polymer drilling formulated with the formation water was used successfully in drilling the Quaternary salt formations,remarkably minimizing the downhole problems encountered previously.
