摘要
目的:评价经直肠超声(TRUS)结合彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在穿刺活检诊断前列腺癌(PCA)中的价值。方法:依据TRUS结合CDFI选择穿刺点,对185例前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)>4ng/ml患者行经直肠前列腺活检。结果:确诊PCA89例中,CDFI异常血流79例(88.76%);非PSA96例中,CDFI异常血流16例(16.67%),两者间有极显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:TRUS结合CDFI前列腺穿刺活检术,能提高PCA检出率。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy （TRUS） combined color Doppler flow image （CDFI） in prostate carcinoma. Methods The selection of puncture point was based on TRUS combined CDFI,185 pateints with PSA 〉 4 ng/ml were performed TRUS guided biopsy. Results Eighty-nine cases with PCA were confirmed,79 cases of them were shown abnormal blood flow with CDFI（88.76% ） ;16 cases in the 96 cases without PCA were shown abnormal blood flow with CDFI,and there had a significant difference in CDFI between positive and negative PCA （ P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound combined with CDFI guided prostate biopsy could improve the detection rate of prostate carcinoma.
