摘要
分析了聚丙烯催化剂计量(PK101)系统易引起误操作的根本原因,对原控制方案进行了改进,增加了联锁制约条件;同时,还增加了催化剂流量监视和倒料线,有效避免了PK101系统误操作的发生。
The cause for incorrect operation of the catalyst metering (PK101) system of polypropylene plant was analyzed, and improvement with the addition of interlock restriction was made to the original controlling program. Moreover, a monitor of catalyst flow and a feed-back line was added. The incorrect operation of PK101 was effectively avoided through the above measures.
