背景:血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)和补体C_3由肝细胞合成,在肝硬化时其合成受到影响。因此血清CHE和补体C_3有可能成为评估肝硬化患者肝功能损伤的辅助指标。目的:探讨血清CHE、补体C_3在肝硬化诊断中的临床价值。方法:对我院2006年1月~2008年12月住院和门诊的262例肝硬化患者和92例正常对照者的血清CHE、补体C_3及血清白蛋白水平进行对照分析。结果:与正常对照组相比,肝硬化组患者血清CHE、补体C_3水平显著降低(P<0.01),血清白蛋白水平亦显著降低(P<0.05);血清CHE、补体C_3水平在不同Child-Pugh分级的肝硬化患者之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清CHE、补体C_3水平随着Child-Pugh分级由A级至C级变化而逐渐降低。结论:血清CHE和补体C_3与肝功能损伤严重程度相关,结合Child-Pugh分级可更好地反映肝脏储备功能,并有利于帮助判断预后。
Background: Cholinesterase (CHE) and C3 are synthesized by hepatocytes and are affected in liver cirrhosis, they may be used to assess the liver damage in cirrhotic patients. Aims: To evaluate the clinical significance of CHE and C3 in liver cirrhosis. Methods: Two hundred and sixty-two outpatients and inpatients suffering from hepatic cirrhosis and 92 normal controls from January 2006 to December 2008 were enrolled in this study. Serum level of CHE, C3 and albumin were determined in each individual. Results: Comparing with normal controls, serum levels of CHE and Cz decreased significantly in cirrhotic patients (P〈0.01), same as serum albumin (P〈0.05). Serum levels of CHE and C3 had an inverse relationship with Child-Pugh grades of cirrhosis (P〈0.01). Conclusions: Serum CHE and C3 levels could reflect liver damage. The liver function reserve and the prognosis of liver cirrhosis could be better evaluated by serum levels of CHE and C3 in combination with Child-Pugh grades.
