摘要
本文报告了小鼠经6、10和15Gy γ线全身照射后不同时间小肠和大肠中5-HT 含量平行测定的结果,并分析了与肠运动及肠套叠形成的关系。结果表明,6Gy 照后,大小肠5-HT 含量无明显改变,10和15Gy 照后前三天肠道5-HT 明显增高。从套叠发生情况看,6Gy 照射组未见小肠套叠,大肠套叠发生数为4/62(6.5%),10Gy 照后小肠套叠数为7/49(14.3%),而大肠为2/73(2.7%),发生时间均在照后一周左右。可以认为小肠套叠发生机率明显高于大肠,而肠道5-HT 含量的增高可能是形成套叠的原因之一。
Fluorophotometric method was used to determine the 5-HT content in small and large intestines of mice after 6,10 and 15 Gy whole-body gamma-irradiation.The results showed that the increase of 5-HT content on the 3rd day after 10 Gy exposure and on the 2nd and 3rd day after 15 Gy exposure was statistically significant.Its pattern and degree were simi- lar in both segments,but the chance of intussusception formation in small intestine was much higher than in large intestine.
