摘要 应用Ames试验分析评价高锰酸钾与粉末活性炭联用新技术对低温低浊时期松花江水中致突变物质及其前驱物的去除和控制效果,探讨了能有效去除和控制饮用水致突变活性的处理工艺。实验表明,该技术对受污染饮用水源中的致突变物质及其前驱物有良好的去除和控制作用,充分发挥了高锰酸钾和粉末活性炭两种技术的优势,从而保证了饮用水安全,显示了该项技术应用于污染水源深度处理的良好前景及可行性。 In this paper,the effect of combined potassium permanganatepowdered activated carbon process on removing and controlling mutagens and their precursors from the water of Songhuajiang River during the low temperature and low turbidity period was evaluated on the basis of Ames test,and the efficiency of related drinking water treatment systems was investigated.Experimental results showed that the technology has batter efficiency of removing and controlling mutagens and their precursors in polluted source water,and the superiorities of both potassium permanganate and powdered activated carbon were all brought into full play,so the safety of drinking water could be ensured.The technology showed a very promising prospect for advanced treatment of polluted source water.
