摘要
以华双3号、中油821和北堡6号为试验材料,在角果生长发育期进行田间人工遮光处理并定期采样分析。结果表明:遮光条件下,角果干物质生产能力明显下降,籽粒含油量在后期迅速下降,在籽粒发育前期粗蛋白含量明显提高,可溶性糖含量无明显变化。遮光条件下,华双3号和中油821籽粒硫甙含量均明显降低,北堡6号则显著增加;中油821的芥酸含量明显提高,"双低"品种华双3号以及黄籽油菜北堡6号则存在明显降低趋势。
Using Huashuang No. 3, Zhongyou 821 and Beibao No. 6 as tested materials, by conducting artificial light-covering treatment and termly investigation at pod growing stage in the field, the author analyzed the influence of different light intensity on the development and growth of rape pods and several quality indexes. The results indicated : under the condition of light - covering, the productivity of dry matter of the fruit reduced obviously, the oil content of late stage decreased rapidly, the protein content of earlier growth stage increased evidently, and the content of soluble sugar had no significant changes. The sulphur content of Huashuang No. 3 and Zhongyou 821 was evidently decreased and that of Beibao No. 6 was distinctly increased by light - covering treatment. The con- tent of erucic acid of Zhongyou 821 evidently increased and that of Huashuang No. 3 and Beibao No. 6 distinctly decreased under light - covering condition.
