摘要
通过对某公司化工事业部的水平衡测试,采用工业用水重复利用率、冷却水循环率、工艺水回用率等技术经济指标,分析事业部下属的主要生产装置用水的情况;同时,采用排水率、废水回用率等技术经济性指标,分析企业主要生产装置的排水合理回用情况。得出该化工事业部用水现状和各类用水间的定量关系;制定了有效的节水技术措施;对用水存在的问题提出整改意见。
Based on water balance testing on chemical division of a company, technical and economic indexes, such as recycling rate of industrial water and cooling water, reuse rate of process water, were used to analyze the water consumption situation of the company＇s main production devices. At the same time, technical and economic indexes, such as the drainage rate and the reuse rate of wastewater, etc. were applied to analyze the situation about reasonable reuse of drainage of the company＇s main production devices. Through the analysis, the water consumption situation of the main production devices and the quantitative relationship between various types of water were drawn and a variety of water-saving technologies and effective measures were set up and the corresponding rectification opinions about water system were put forward.
