摘要
糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症,也是糖尿病患者致残与死亡的重要因素之一。随着糖尿病患病率的逐年升高,DN的患病率亦不断提高,如不积极治疗,最终可发展为终末期肾病。随着对DN发病机制研究的不断深入,新的治疗措施将不断被提出。本文简述了DN发病机制的研究进展。
Diabetic nephropathy is the most common diabetic mierovascular complications, but also di- abetic patients maimed and killed factor. With the prevalence of diabetes increased year by year, DN prevalence rate has been improved, if not active treatment, will eventually develop end-stage renal disease. With the development of pathogenesis of DN, the new treatment will continue to be raised. This paper describes the DN pathogenesis of progress.
