高频超声引导下粗针自动活检术在乳腺小结节病灶中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨高频超声引导下粗针穿刺活检在乳腺小结节病灶诊断中的应用价值。方法126例乳腺小结节病灶患者在彩色高频超声引导下，经过穿刺架（51例）或徒手（75例）利用自动活检枪获取组织样本进行病理学检查及印片细胞学检查，并与术后获得的病理学诊断进行比较分析。结果超声引导穿刺活检诊断乳腺癌和非典型增生（二级以上）的病理结果的敏感度为82．1％，特异度为98．9％。印片检查结果的敏感度为39．3％，特异度为12．2％。结论彩色高频超声引导下粗针自动活检术对乳腺小结节痛灶的论断且有敏威唐高和特异唐强的特点．该方法安今、可靠、操作简单．具有较好的临床应用价值。
