摘要
针对目前工艺设计过程中对企业的产品资源重用、变型工艺设计的支持力度较弱等现状,提出基于XML技术和事物特性表技术的零件族主工艺文档表示方法;在此基础上对变型设计原理进行研究,并以花键轴的零件族主工艺文档的变型实例进行了论述;最后通过开发相应的支持系统对研究内容进行验证。
Researched at the current situations, such as the insufficiency of the design result sharing during the present process design,the poor support to the reuse of the enterprise part resources, etc. The present method of part family main process document model based on XML and SML technologies was proposed;the process variant design principle based on the part family main process document was researched, and discussed based on the castellated shaft part family main process document variant design example;the research contents were verified by developing relevant supportive system at the end.
