摘要
目的:为了了解吉林省延边地区流行的麻疹野病毒的基因型别,探讨控制麻疹发生的措施。方法:在2004年11月至2008年6月采集本地区麻疹暴发和散发病人的咽喉拭子共103份,用CDW150细胞分离到麻疹病毒17株。用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)从麻疹病毒中扩增出核蛋白(N)基因羧基端450个核苷酸片段,进行核苷酸序列分析和基因分型。结果:17株麻疹病毒均属H1基因型中H1a亚型。结论:H1基因型是吉林省延边地区麻疹病毒的优势流行株,是导致吉林省延边地区麻疹局部暴发和散发的主要病原体。
Objective:In order to know nucleoprotein gene types of main wild type measles virus strains and take measures to control measles in Yanbian Regions of Jilin Province. Methods : Genetic characterization of 17 measles viruses isolated from 103 throat swabs specimens of measles patients using CDW150 cells line was studied in Jilin Province from November 2004 to April 2008. Results:Sequence analysis of 450 nncleotides of COOH - terminal of nucleoprotein (N) genes of 17 isolates indicated that all were members of Hla sub genotype of H1 genotype. Conclusion:The H1 genotype of wild -type measles viruses is main epidemic strain and main pathogen that caused measles outbreaks and spordadic cases in Yanbian Regions of Jilin Province.
