摘要
目的:查明一起28人食物中毒的原因。方法:样品参照GB/T4789-2003《食品卫生微生物学检验》等标准检验。结果:3件病人粪便和3件食物样品(剩菜:猪肚、全鸡煲和全鸭煲)检出副溶血性弧菌;盐水虾(已蒸过)、红烧黄鱼、板鸭和猪舌未检出副溶血性弧菌。结论:经现场调查、流行病学分析、临床表现和检测结果确定,这是一起由食用含副溶血性弧菌的盐水虾引起的食物中毒。
Objective:To identify the reasons of food poisoning taking place in twenty -eight people. Methods:Inspecting the samples according to GB/T4789 - 2003 《 Microbiological examination of food hygiene 》 Etc. Results: Vibrio parahaemolyticus be detected in the faeces of three patients and Three food samples (leftovers: pig's tripe, whole chicken clay pot, whole duck clay pot) ,Vibrio parahaemolyticus were not detected in These foods, which included Brine shrimp (already steamed), braised fish, dry salted duck and pig tongue. Conclusion: After the scene investigation, epidemiological analysis, clinical performance and test results, to make certain that this is food poisoning caused by brine shrimp which contained the Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
